An introduction and explanation of the Simple Rating System can be found at the start of my GW17 article.
Let’s start by going over the GW35 predictions and results:
5/9 correct predictions. Not bad, we knew it’s going to be hard with all the games predicted as a home win. If Liverpool had not bottled their lead it would have been a good week. Only one CS available meant this week would be decided on attacking returns. Worked well for my team with a lot of attacking returns, but the real highlight of the week comes in the next part of the article.
3/3 correct recommendations. Boom! I waited for a long time for this kind of a week for my recommendations. Everything was spot on. Owen only returned 4 (8 as my captain) but he was very very close to a double-digit return. Smith did what he was supposed to do, and please go back to last week’s article to see my call of a big haul from Jansen. Hopefully we continue like that.
Now for GW36 ratings and predictions:
Home & Away Ratings:
Coming of 3 great recommendations, I’m going to try and keep this rate going. We have a tough week ahead of us with 4 away wins predicted. What makes it worse is one of those away wins is predicted against the team that doubles – Chelsea. Lets see how we can maneuver this hard DGW by focusing on 3 of those fixtures.
First player to recommend this week is L Boa Morte. He might play on the wing, he might play upfront, but we know he plays. In my opinion Fulham are the ones having the better DGW this week so a representation will be essential. I am tipping Boa Morte to have at least one return over the double, and that’s all we need. They also have 2 great GWs to finish the season after that.
Second player to recommend this week is J Euell. Charlton are facing Sunderland at home with a predicted margin of 0.6. Sunderland games are full of goals and I think this one will be no different. 3-2 to Charlton seems legit, and you know Euell will be involved.
Third player to recommend is S Selakovic. Highest owned player, and for a reason apparently. Spurs have been flying away from home all season, and they are matching the highest margin this week with (-1.1) this is a huge margin for an away win, and I can see Spurs scoring 3-4 here.
